Space Planning
Based on your specific space, Deborah develops schematic drawings to show you conceptual design ideas for your project.

Floor Plans
Once a design concept is accepted, detailed floor plans are developed for the project. They include, but are not limited to: ½” Scale Floor Plans, Elevations, Construction, Mechanical and Lighting Plan Drawings. Perspective drawings are also available.

Material Specifications
Upon completion of the detailed Floor plans, Product and finish specifications are made for the following: Appliances and plumbing fixtures, cabinets, floor, wall and ceiling treatments, counters and backsplash materials, hardware, and lighting.

Bidding
At this phase of the project you will receive three bids from different cabinet makers and contractors.

Budget Development & Project Scheduling
Determine project schedule and gather budget information.

Project Management
Work closely with chosen contractor to make sure that the design objectives are met and the timeline is enforced.

Completed project
Your new space is completed
